Hi all, Aftab Erfan here (she/her). I am the Executive Director of Centre for Dialogue at SFU. I come from a background in conflict engagement and some of you would have encountered me in the context of a methodology called Deep Democracy. These days I have one foot in the practice of facilitation and another foot in the realm of university administration – where thinking more holistically about what’s possible/desirable for the university culture/BC culture/society at large is part of my preoccupation.
