hello! my name is gavin kade (they/them), and i am the education director at out on screen. i oversee a film-based education program called out in schools which brings short 2slgbtqia+ films into classrooms to facilitate dialogue around gender and sexuality.

to me, peace happens when we can bring our whole authentic selves into the spaces we inhabit. peace is being able to acknowledge and navigate conflict with compassion and care.
